Return and Exchange Policy

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at exchange@blanctarp.com within 7 days of receiving the item. 

  • To comply with our hygiene standards, all exchanges we receive will undergo a thorough quality check conducted by our team. Based on the evaluation, the exchanges will be either approved or declined.

  • We reserve the right to not accept a return if; 

  • (1) the products are damaged

  • (2) the product/s are returned after use

  • The exchange once confirmed has to be shipped by the customer with the tracking ID sent to us on exchange@blanctarp.com on the same email thread. 

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 7-10 business days. 

  • If you have received a defective product, share images at exchange@blanctarp.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours

  • Exchange can be done on the same product for the size only once.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the size you need will be in stock. If the size you need is not available, we will issue you a store credit. The store credit is valid till 1 month from the date of issue.
